All in all is very nice to stay here:alone,with partner or kids or even as a business trip it is clean safe nd quiet.nd yes I am a real person that spent 13 nights here.Internet - Free WiFi and wired Internet accessĮntertainment - LCD television with premium channelsįood & Drink - Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware/dishwareīathroom - Private bathroom, shower, free toiletries, and a hair dryer The cleaning nd maintenance crew also is happy to help with any need uay have. The pool was my favorite nd most of the time I had it for myself. The breakfast is plenty to choose from nd the coffee tastes like coffee. All of the ppl I met during my stay were very nice. Yes there are ppl living there nd some of them had a really hard time u can tell BUT I never felt unsafe,threatened or uncomfortable. No matter the problem they would go out of their way to get it fixed. They were very nice abt it nd I went nd payed the rest of my stay and all went fine. Wich made sense after calculations I could see it was not all taken out. I went to the front desk nd asked why nd I was told the computer is set up to only take few days nd not the whole 13 days at the same time.
Yes for me too after 1 week they tried to take more money out of my account. Now I read what other ppl wrote abt the hotel nd I would like to say something. They let them set up shop and work on cars in the parking lot?!?! Never again… Like the other earlier review said the whole place smells like cigarettes and marijuana. All the people that work there do is hang out with all these people. The coffee had a load of coffee grounds in it too, the room had broken appliances ( two ), people drag race down Arapahoe Road all night, my son saw people messing around by parked cars. These people walked around with unleased dogs and birds, there were 3 different sets of people. All of the hotel employees are friends/family of them too and let them do whatever they want. My son and I stayed up all night watching our vehicle in the parking lot. NEVER felt so unsafe at a hotel, and I am a VERY tough person.On the first night at least TWO cars reported BROKEN INTO!!! The homeless people staying there ( obviously this is NOT a generalization and not all are like this ) stayed on the only two hotel computers from at least 6 am until 5pm allowing NO ONE else on.they watch you get in and out of your vehicle. They said they usually have problems at this hotel, especially the gas station nearby. Transients/homeless people all over, called the police to do extra routine drive by's. requested extra bedding, waiting TWO hours in our room, immediately after we walked out, a hotel worker sneaks into our room to " put them in there ". Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resortīased on our stay we will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I will tell everyone I know.Hotels near Community College of Aurora.
