Considering the length of time it took to resolve the first issue maybe I shouldn't give AdBlock five stars, but I think the support team is doing the best it can and I'm very thankful to have the app up and running. Then, a few weeks later I had to make another operating system upgrade (this one was very minor) and I lost AdBlock again! This time I went back to the message chain from the first situation and AdBlock Support responded very promptly and effectively. Finally, AdBlock Support realized that whatever the issue was it wasn't getting fixed via e-mails we talked over the phone, AdBlock Support shared my screen and my problem was fixed. Since I couldn't block ads, they were killing me. We went back and forth several times but nothing worked. AdGuard took a long time to respond to my service request, but eventually sent some instructions that I couldn't begin to follow. When the operating system on my MacBook Air had to be upgraded I lost access to AdGuard and couldn't find any way to re-establish it. Upgrade to Apple operating system results in loss of AdBlock

I have asked to simply be given a pro license for the free version due to my experience and AdGuard has refused. Eventually my complaints are heard and one thing is fixed after nearly a year and new issues will arise with the fix. This app is updated very rarely in contrast and has had issues for me for years through various phones and IOS versions. Rather than using the free version and upgrading to pro I was foolish enough to buy the pro version app. AdGuard for IPhone has been a terrible product for me.
